AMAZON FBA & SELLER FEEDBACK
I really think this is something that needs to URGENTLY change on Amazon. I need to let off some steam about it.
I pretty much - *touch wood* - only recieve 5 star seller feedback for all the orders I fulfill. Because I work very hard to be a great seller.
Moving toward FBA, I am now regularly recieving 1 star feedback for poor service, delivery etc etc on AMAZONs part, due to FBA order issues that THEY fulfill.
Fair enough, Amazon strike through the 1 star feedback and state they take responsibility for the order, however any customer clicking my feedback profile is going to see a sea of negative feedbacks. Whether or not they have a strike through, it looks horrible and off putting to say the least.
I would rather buy from someone I clearly saw consistent 5 star feedback, wouldnt you? Well that was the profile I have created through sweat and tears, which Amazon have consistently ruined.
Having worked so hard to get the 5 stars I get, it is a real joke that they dont get showcased, and instead we see all of Amazons failures on full show.
Rather than having a strike through, Amazon should remove negative feedback they are responsible for entirely, and not have us sellers wear the badge of horror and carry the weight of THIER mistakes on our shoulders.
They are responsible for damaging so many brands, and yet keep pushing 'benefits' of sending more and more to FBA.
Rant over.

Hello @Seller_IiLCzWNcEixPU,
I'm Angie, part of the UK forum community. It's a pleasure to greet you.
Thank you for sharing your concerns about the feedback on your FBA order.
I can have a look into your order feedback to evaluate if it could be sent for investigation from the feedback removal team, could you please provide the affected order ID?
Now, it is important to mention that for the re-send for investigation, you'll have to complete the process for feedback removal from seller central.
To complete this process, go to Seller Central > Performance > Feedback Manager > Look for the order ID > under Action, choose request removal from the drop-down menu. You can also click here for a direct link to Feedback Manager page.
If you already completed this step, then I can re-investigate your request.
Regards,
Angie 🪴

I don't think it's a matter of not understanding. "Her" AI has failed.

You can get FBA shipped feedback struck through and removed from your overall score for ANY reason.
Let's say you were selling Used Goods repackaged as New? Dozens and dozens of times?? No problem, Amazon will strike through the feedback and bizarrely say it is a "Fulfillment Issue".
Amazon seem to prefer facilitating obvious fraud, rather than stamping it out.

I dont think it stops at removing or striking feedback. In my experience most of these striked feedbck cost us more money and eforts. Amazon dont immediately reimburse the money for the feedback they striked for INR, however they do refund customer and take money from seller's account immediately. They ask us to wait and mostly such orders get reimbursed authomatiacally. Having said that, its on us to keep track of the items. Moreover, if items is returned after some or many days - we dont get reimbursement for the refund issued.
Also, i also dont think customer on amazon make extra effort to go though seller profile before buying. most of the customer only buys the item that amazon shows them.
