they take the products and return them
Hello, I'm a new seller on Amazon. It's only been 10 days since I started selling, and although sales are gradually improving, a few days ago a customer placed consecutive orders. Due to the purchase limit, they bought 6 units, and then a few days later, they returned them. I'm not sure about the condition of the products or whether the customer will send them back, or if only a refund has been issued. However, in this situation, I'm the one who incurred losses; the customer took their money, Amazon took its commission, and I'm out $60. Today, another customer placed consecutive orders in the same manner, purchasing 6 units beyond the limit. Can you please tell me what to do if they return them again? It seems like Amazon only protects my customers; do sellers have any rights at all? How can we protect ourselves from this situation? I really don't know what to do, and I'm just losing money.

First off, go into your return settings and make sure the buyer has to return the item to get a refund, otherwise Amazon will just let them keep it.
Make sure you get your items back, first of all. Second, are the new ones similar to the old orders? Names or address's, states?
As a new seller, you cant afford to cancel the orders, so you might have to ship them. Maybe change your order amount to 2 or 3. I have mine at 5 per order. I never got more then 5 at once. Check that you did it correctly as well.
Please change your return settings mostly. I had 5 returns this year. Not one was returned. Once they find out they cant keep it, they just kept it and don't return it.
