Amazon Account Temporary Locked
My Amazon account on primary email has been locked. Seller support says the issue is with Buyer account. Contacted Buyer support and submitted the required docs (payment method statement + ID doc) but no answer from last 3 months. Have called more than 30 times but they say Account Specialist will reach out to you in 24 hours as he/ she can remove the lock, however, no response from Amazon.
I have not used buyer account for any purchases. Even i do not open the buyer account but still it has been locked for no reason. Amazon says it is temporary locked due to suspicious activity. And it is frustrating they are not letting me know what suspicious activity was that.
My business is being affected due to this lock as i can not access my Seller Account through my primary email id.
Please help me out how to reach out this Account Specialist or the concerned person.

You need to have an Amazon.com buyer/customer Account in order to have a Seller Account; they are connected. If something happens to your Amazon.com buyer account or it is closed by accident, it will affect and lock you out of your Seller Account.
You can try → Technical Support not sure if they will be able to assist.
If there is an issue on your Buyer side, I don't think a Forum Community Manager (CM) will be able to help.
However, it is worth a try; I can tag a CM for you on Monday (they don't work on weekends) and see if they can look into this for you.
