Verification of Bank information
We got the "risk" banner note. When investigating, we got a note that we would receive and snail mail notice to verify within 2 weeks. When we didn't get the snail mail, we called support. They shared that the snail mail wasn't necessary and we needed to verify that our bank account was correct by checking that we have received deposits from Amazon. We did that too. Then the account was "deactivated". We immediately investigated that they needed to again for the 3x verify with documents that the name on the Amz account matched the bank account. Driving to a bank branch, we got the described verification document. Then uploaded it and have a "In progress" note, but no estimate of when it will be reviewed and when the account will be active again, since there hasn't been ANY change in the account bank information in 1.5 years. Does anyone know how long it will take to verify the supplied document? We tried calling as after getting the "we're busy" note, we were on hold for an hour before hanging up. Thanks for any comments.

Thank you for your post. I understand you are having difficulty completing Inform Act bank verification.
Any kind of actual mail sent out would be in the form of a postcard sent to verify the business address you have on file within the account. If the address had already been verified, this may be the why you were informed to disregard the postcard being sent.
Once an appeal has been submitted, we would need to allow the relevant team to complete their review before any further action could be taken.There may be a delay with the team responding due to high volume in cases, we ask to please have patience as we try to assist and help provide a resolution and resolve the issue.
