I agree the STEP team has no answer to it . Don't know why Amazon create so many metrics.

I agree, and Amazon cannot verify their ATPL Pickup executive's work progress reports, as they have not set any criteria. Who is suffering? We are sellers only and impacted by our business, because I as the same problem, if pick-up executives are taking a holiday on that day, no alternative arrangements by Amazon, even if we update every day about missed pickups to This links (amazonexteu.qualtrics.com) that are useless, Amazon never checks that, finally our Accounnt health Score got crashed with banning some days also, and another problem fake brand infringment also this is another issue got destroying brands so This should Amazon have to think about it?
