Subject: Urgent Request to Stop Unauthorised Deductions and Refund Charged Amounts

Dear Amazon Team,

I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding the Amazon Business Advisory service I was enrolled into.

On May 12th, 2024, I received a call from your Business Advisory Team. They explained the terms and conditions of the program and informed me that an Account Manager would be assigned to me soon. However, no one contacted me until April 2025, even though ₹5,000 was debited from my account on April 4th.

Upon noticing this, I immediately contacted Seller Support, and they provided me with an email address to raise the issue. I sent a mail but received no response. Then, on April 9th, someone from the team called and mentioned that the assigned account manager had been on leave, which is why I wasn’t contacted. I explained my frustration and requested to stop the service and issue a refund, but no action was taken.

On April 17th, another team member called and apologized, saying the service would be stopped, but refunds were not possible. By this time, I noticed that ₹12,000 had already been debited. He assured me that he would support me till the May sales and asked me to continue. I agreed, hoping for better support.

Unfortunately, no proper service was provided — just a few ASINs assigned for deals. To be honest, my previous free account manager from Amazon used to handle such deals better and is still responsive when I reach out.

So, I again requested to stop the service on May 2nd, but as of today, May 17th, ₹23,000 has been debited in total, and the deductions still continue with no services or proper support provided.

This situation is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I request the following immediately:

Immediate termination of this service.

Full refund of the debited amount.

A written confirmation that no further charges will be applied to my account.

If this continues, it will be impossible for sellers like us to continue doing business on Amazon.

Looking forward to your urgent action.
