I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the current closing fee structure for sellers using Amazon Fulfillment Centers (FBA/FC).

Under the current fee structure, there appears to be a significant difference in the total Amazon fees paid by FBA/FC sellers compared with Easy Ship sellers for the same or similar products.

For example, in our case, the total Amazon fees for an FBA/FC order can be approximately ₹100, whereas an Easy Ship seller may pay approximately ₹55. This creates a difference of around ₹45 per unit.

A ₹45 difference per unit is extremely significant, especially for products with low or moderate selling prices and limited profit margins. An FBA seller may therefore have to either:

Increase the selling price and become less competitive, or

Absorb the additional fee and significantly reduce the profit margin.

This creates an unfair competitive situation between FBA/FC and Easy Ship sellers selling the same product.

FBA/FC sellers are already contributing inventory to Amazon's fulfillment network and depending on Amazon for storage, packing, shipping, and fulfillment services. FBA also provides benefits such as Prime eligibility and faster customer delivery.

However, if the fee difference between FBA/FC and Easy Ship becomes as high as ₹45 per unit, sellers may be discouraged from using Amazon Fulfillment Centers. This is particularly concerning for sellers who want to scale their business through FBA.

Dear Management, the Easy Ship service here consistently fails to pick up shipments on time, causing our product listings to be taken down by the platform due to late dispatch. Please help coordinate a resolution.
