Our EasyShip orders are piling up thanks to the inefficiency in your handling. Why can't you just let us ship self-ship. We're SFP so we can't even enable that on our end.

Get your ducks in order for crying out loud! You are impacting everyone's business at the same time completely ruining the customer experience.
