Buyer return issue
I have a question. I don't understand how long it takes for a customer to apply for a return of a product. Amazon will automatically approve it for me. However, I don't even know if the customer's product has been returned, and the return status has been unavailable. I can't check the logistics, so I dare not make a claim casually because the claim can only be initiated once. I don't understand how long it takes after the customer's refund, and the success rate of the claim is relatively high. I have tried this situation before, but claims have been rejected, and I don't know why? The claim rate is terrifyingly low. It is unfair for the seller to receive a refund even if the goods are sold out and the claim is not approved.

Hello @Seller_bEGCE79ou0Gu4,
Thank you for contacting us and your participation on this forum.
As a general rule: buyers have 30 days following the last day of the Estimated Delivery Date to file their return request. (Note: that's 30 days after the EDD and not receipt of the item.)
Following authorization of a return request, the buyer has 15 days to return an item after the return window closes, allowing for transit time.
