ATS Pick up person not coming to pick up point
Facing this issue since a month.
ATS pickup person refusing to come at our pick up location and instead asking us every time to handover the consignment at his available point ( which is approx 10 km away). He has also MISS PICK UP CONSIGNMENTs deliberately. He has the courage to tells our staff in advance that today also I AM NOT GOING TO PICK THE CONSIGNMENT, DO WHATEVER YOU WANT.
As per him he has been told not to visit at our pick up point by ATS carrier.
WE HAVE handed over 12 CONSIGNMENTS to him AT HIS AVAILABLE POINT till date. ITS BEEN A MONTH we have been informing AMAZON about his behavior BUT NO REVERT OR RESOLUTION BY AMAZON ON THIS ISSUE. Probably he knows very well that AMAZON WON'T TAKE ANY ACTION against him even if any seller keeps on calling customer care
Amazon seller support is also no help, and said we cannot do anything on this but if you miss the consignment then you are responsible.....
