Orders not pickup up yet

My orders are not picked up yet and my account is at risk of deactivation. It is so hard to establish business on amazon with these pickup guys cancelling the pickup for nonsense reasons and the cancellation charges are taken from the seller. Today i had 3 orders for pickup which are the orders that came after spending 1000 inr on the advertising

Regarding Easy Ship pickup issues, our system automatically logs these in the Easy Ship scheduling issue report. Orders listed there will have cancellation fees reimbursed within 15 business days, and your account health will be automatically rectified within 48 hours of the order appearing in the report.

If you're experiencing pickup problems but don't see your orders in this report, please contact Seller Support with the specific order details.
