Safe T claim Denied blindly
SAFE-T Claim ID - 32239-29029-8818548 Order number 404-6862962-1094716
This order was placed on 11th Aug 2023, on seeing the customer's incomplete address, I immediately reported and filed a case for Suspicious Order. The reply for which was standard - without much botheration we get template replies from the concerned team. The reply reads as below
"Dear Seller, Thank you for contacting SellerCentral about your order 404-6862962-1094716. We have recorded & forwarded the issue to the concerned team. We request you to provide 24 hours for our team to investigate & provide a resolution for your order. In case you do not receive any response within 24 hours, we advise you to ship the order. In case your order doesn’t meet the shipping guidelines, we will cancel the order & send a confirmation mail on the same. Thanks for choosing Amazon. Sincerely, Amazon Seller Services.
Then I dispatched the order on its SBD. As expected on 16th Aug 2023, i get an email notification saying "A customer has requested to return the item(s) listed below and the request is auto authorised as per the return policy. Order ID: #404-6862962-1094716. Item: name Quantity: 1
Return reason: Inaccurate website description, Customer comments: Bohut chota Return Shipping Carrier: ATS Tracking ID: 513792304121 Request received: 2023-08-16.
On Aug 22, 2023, the return is delivered to me with a different item, The original product is stolen and replacement with some other small item.
Upon recording the unpacking video along with pictures of the return and shipping label, i go on to file a safe t claim. The safe t claim page says "Claim cannot be filed, since the refund for the order has not yet been processed. Usually, the refund is processed as soon as the return is picked from the customer, but in this case it was not refunded.
Then, on 12 Sept 2023, i get an email notification saying a refund for this order has been processed. Then i go about filing the safe t claim along with the unpacking video and required images. The claim is denied saying that "Reason: Your claim was not filed within the eligibility window. Policy: All SAFE-T claims should be filed within 15 calendar days from the date the shipment was marked as "returned or delivered to seller" in Seller Central.
Even after sending them clarification that the safe t claim page dint allow to file the claim after receiving then return since the system dint allow to do so, they keep denying the safe t claim with the same reply.
This needs to be sorted out. Requesting the concerned team, the SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM and fellow seller to throw some light on this issue.

this is big issue from amazon the safe t claim team has monopoly in this subject ,some of most oversmart associate they have no any commonsense after provided all proof ,first of there is no any chance of reversal of this claim so keep replying but no any solution will provided ,so considered as lost product

very hard conditions are going on working with Amazon in a pathetic manner . Our cliams are also denied with reason you have excedded maximum claim range which is wrong besides these type of rejections are made even when buyer/s had updated received damaged or even on where replcement order had been delivered where as we have told all type of damages are covered with Easyship shipping , has proven fake . Grow up Amazon be fair.

Hi, I have write the Policy of the Safe T Claim of Amazon that is:
"{All SAFE-T Claims should be filed within 15 calendar days from the date the shipment was marked as "returned/delivered to seller" or from the date of refund intimation in Seller Central, whichever is later.}
Here already mention that you can claim
from the date of refund intimation in Seller Central, whichever is later. I have already shered the policy screenshot attached when you claim and raise a case at the same time with this issue then your claim has been approved.
