Seller Support is Worst Now Days

I don’t know if it’s just me, but Amazon Seller Support has become almost impossible to rely on lately.

Every time we raise a case, it just gets marked as "pending" or closed without any real resolution. Even worse – each support agent gives a completely different answer every time. It's like they’re not even reading the previous responses or understanding the actual issue.

Like seriously? We’re running businesses here. These are not real solutions!

Cases are piling up, problems are not getting solved, and we’re just going in circles. It’s extremely frustrating and hurting our operations.

Is anyone else going through this?

Has anyone found a way to escalate these issues properly or get in touch with someone who actually knows what they’re doing?

Would really appreciate any tips or suggestions. We need to help each other, 'cause it looks like support isn't supporting anymore.
