Inform Consumers Act - Amazon Bank Account Verification

We have verified identity, phone number, business address, and tax ID number, but Amazon is still rejecting our bank account verification.

The system is putting my name (point of contact) as the name to verify on the company's bank account, even though the full company name is on the bank statement.

The bank statement matches the legal entity name on Amazon. The legal entity name doesn't show up on the bank verification page, only my name.

Seller Account Health Support has assured me numerous times to still submit it as it should be showing the company name not my name. The verifications department denies it.

Go to the bank and request the following; "The name of the account holder, account number, date of issue, and official information, such as the bank or the institution's name, address, stamp, signature, and logo if applicable." Make sure they do it on letter head and have the teller sign it. . If you are personally a signatory on the account, be sure to have them include this information as well, which should satisfy Amazon. If the bank uses COLORS in their logo, make sure your printout is in color and then uploaded in color as well.
