Buyer Account Suspended – Can't Access Seller Account
Hi everyone,
I’m facing an issue and would really appreciate any advice or guidance.
Recently, my Amazon buyer account was suspended. This account is connected to my Amazon seller parent account, and ever since the buyer account suspension, I’ve been completely unable to log in to my seller account.
When I try to access Seller Central, I get Billing verification required. It seems like the suspension on the buyer side is affecting my ability to manage my seller account as well.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there a way to resolve the buyer account issue separately so I can regain access to my seller account? I’ve already tried contacting Amazon support but haven’t gotten a clear response yet.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
