Feature Offer removed and external price match is too low
The feature offer was removed with one of our product. We are the brand owner and we are the one selling with the lowest price in Amazon seller.
We already have provided proof where the Amazon is referencing the external price. I have raised this Amazon seller however they insisted that we should match the external price which is half of the price we have here in Amazon and was told that's the only way to get the feature offer back.
Anyone has the same issue and how it was resolved?
