SELF DELIVERY OPTION IS NOT SHOWING IN MY ACCOUNT AND SUPPORT IS NO PATHETIC, THEY ACTUALLY SAID THAT I NEEED TO DOWNLOAD "PACKING SLIP" FOR TRACK APP. WHO DID AMAZON HIRE AS A SUPPORT, I GUES SOME POT HEADED PEOPLE WHO HEAR SOMETHING AND RESPOND SOMETHING ELSE.
ANYBODY HERE CAN TELL ME WHY THE HECK I AM NOT ABLE TO SHOW "SELF DELIVERY" OPTION AT AMAZON PORTAL?

Thank you for using the Forums. In order to enroll for self-ship, you must be enrolled in both Easy-ship + Self-ship at the same time, looking into your account details, I see you have only selected Easy ship.
