Identity verification failed

Hi, Amazon asked me to reverify my Identity:

"Provide your identity information:

Login to your Seller Central account.

Go to the Account Information page.

Click the Start verification link on the Account Information page. You must provide the following information for Amazon to verify:

Information about your business;

Information about your identity;

A government-issued photo ID;

A bank account or credit card statement, if applicable;

A business license, if applicable."

But when I click Start verification link on the Account Information page it transfer me to Account Health Support https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/support/INTENT_CTI_AccountHealthSupport?ref_=macs_ai_alert_identity . The only option I have is resubmit one more case. However I can't actually pass Identity verification because this dashboard doesn't open.

Please open ability again to pass Identity verification, because now it's blocked.

Besides, I have received notice from Amazon:

We have reviewed the documents that you provided and were able to complete your verification process. You can now sign in to Seller Central and start selling on Amazon."

But my account is still deactivated. Please reactivate my account.

Based off your post, it sounds as though you are trying to complete verification for the Inform Act, and we have two scenarios that seem to be at play.

I have received notice from Amazon:

You will want to wait up to 24 hours prior to taking further action to allow any reinstating processes to be completed. If more time than that has passed already, there may still be further information from you. This could mean the Identity information was not accepted, or more verifications such as banking and address information still needs to be verified.

If you are seeing a rejection for your Identity information, you would be able to find that information within your case log page. If more verifications are needed, you can access the hyperlinks for each of those processes from your Account Info page.

If more information for your Identity verification is indeed needed, you will need to create a new case from the workflow that you are seeing when you click on the verification link. When creating this case, you will need to specifically ask for the Identity verification to be re-queued. Once completed, you will then be able to move on to any next steps in the verification process (such as the aforementioned banking and address information as an example).
