Ignored by Amazon: Fake Reviews Are Ruining Our Business – What should I do?
We've been fighting fake, malicious reviews on our Amazon listing for months, and despite having undeniable evidence, Amazon has done nothing to address the issue. We've opened over 10 support tickets, only to receive automated messages directing us to report the abuse which we did ... can't even count how many times we done it only to get the same automated messages.. We've also emailed Amazon's community help multiple times, yet all we receive is the same response: "We cannot share any outcomes."
These reviews are damaging our reputation, sales, and livelihood, and it's clear that they are not genuine. Why is it so difficult to get support when the evidence is clear? We're pleading for a resolution before these fake reviews do permanent damage.
Anyone here has appealed such fake reivew with a success? It feels like Amazon does not even care one bit for small sellers like us.

I will be happy to raise an escalation for you to have the suspected abuse investigated by the business team. Here in the US we are enjoying a long weekend for Labor Day so you can expect a delay until folks are back at work on Tuesday, September 5.
