Seller Support Callback goes Completely SIlent after 15 minutes
I am trying to get help reactivating my Pro seller account from Amazon via the call-back function at:
https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/performance/account/health/contact-us?formid=[FORMID]
They ask me to put in a code, I sit there with baroque music on hold. Then after 15 minutes on hold the line goes completely silent! I thought it was a connection issue, so hung up and tried again and the same thing happened. 15 minutes, on the dot, bop. Goes silent. I have no idea if I'm still in the queue or what.
Is this normal? Has anyone ever got a response from this?
