Pickup person not coming for pick up, instead of that he asks us to drop package nearby shop for his connivance
It’s been months since the Amazon pickup person did not come to our place for parcel pick up and instead of that he asks us to drop off the package nearby shop for his connivance. That adds 15 to 20 minutes of drive every time we have to drop an Amazon order at that shop, plus it’s not convenient to me as a working housewife. I have selected Amazon support for courier services as they pick up from my place and it’s convenient all the way.
Please guide me on how to deal with this issue, and how Amazon can help us here. And I am doing all this (driving, using my own fule, investing my own time, delivering parcels nearby shop, seeing pickup person convenience) why I am paying money to amazon? I can visit nearby courier service and send the parcel myself and save some money/can increase my profit.

The same is happening to me and no one can do anything. I have reported the issue multiple times to Amazon Seller Support that the pick up person is not ready to come inside our society. But they are of no help.
The pick up person don’t even call, just update the status that packaging was not right. Somehow I have got the phone number of the pickup person and was coordinated with him to hand over packages outside the society. Everything went fine for a month but now the delivery person changed and we have started to have trouble again. No one in Amazon have any idea on how to solve this issue.
