You are not alone :) I am on easy ship as well facing the same issue. its been a month on amazon and this issue doesnt get resolved. the only resolution you will receive is 'Fill the form and someone will pick the next day' but no one ever shows up and eventually the order gets cancelled. I have been looking for a resolution but i have started giving up hope on resolution part from amazon.

IT is the best thing that your orders are not picked. because NEW sellers please stop doing business here. WORST EXPERIENCE.
MY experience:
Out of 94 delivered orders , 6 orders are returned , where customer took product and money both.
1 customer is Very unique.
the customer got product on 7th may 2025.
customer complained on 28th may 2025 , saying order not received and got both money and product.
Just think customer order on 27th april 2025, customer got product on 7th may 20255, customer claimed return on 28th may 2025 and got both product and money.
ARE U BE ABLE TO DO THAT ? JUST THINK.

zero help from amazon seller support.

all my products were not returnable category products. so customer support team just loot money from my account and donated them to customers.
i believe CONSUMER court is the only option to get back my money.

by zero help meaning that customer support team has the power to deduct money from my account wihtout any reason , seller support team dont have the power to return the money deducted.
i dont do anything wrong. Customer ordered product , i packed them and hand over to delivery guy.
Customer false complaining .
and my money is deducted.
Since my products are not returnable so neither i get back my products nor i will get my money .

You can check the policies related to Returns and Refunds, including the scope of the Support team through this Help page
If you believe the deduction should be reimbursed to you, please checkout the SAFE-T claim eligibility and if you meet the criteria you can file a SAFE-T claim.
