No, seller support and internal resolution team are extremely DUMB. They will keep sending copy paste messages as targets are given to them to close the cases. They dont involve in matter and dont even read it. They are must 10 am to 5 pm copy paste bots.

Everything is going down, My amazon sales is down, I can't see buy box anywhere and someone mapped their listing to my brand.

They are the worst. My FBA pickup was scheduled for 31st Dec and its been more than 15 days that they have not picked up. Getting the same reply from them since last 15 days with no help
