Told I could create new ASIN's for Brand 3 Times and then rejected
I don't even know where to start with this one. I've been requesting approval to list new ASINs for a brand since I was denied the privilege without warning in December. I've been creating new ASIN's for this brand for 7 years.
This week, Seller Central sent me a message telling me that the internal team and reviewed my case and I was now allowed to create new ASIN's for this brand. Just to wait 24 hours. After 24 hours, I still was not able to create new ASIN's for the brand, so I reached back out to Seller Support. They again repeated that the Internal Team had done their review and I would be able to create new ASIN's for this brand within 24 hours. Another 24 hours went by, and still unable to. Then seller support said the internal team needed to do more investigation. Mind you, I've celebrated, bought new inventory, my emotions have been all over the place. This is in case number 14709426161. This evening, I was told that I would not be able to create new ASIN's for this brand. I guess they did an oops the last 3 days?
In the meantime, I had been working with Brand Registry on the same matter (case number 14622996671). Today they granted me a 96 hour window to create new ASIN's for this brand. I spent five hours and was in a lot of pain creating a flat file upload and taking photos, and when I went to upload the file, I found out the 96 hour approval had been rescinded. Oh, and by the way, I had also received GTIN exemption for this brand in December, only to be told a couple days later that was also an oops.
I need someone else to look at this. I tried writing Jassy but got a message back saying that he isn't answering emails until February 12th. The emotional rollercoaster this has put me on makes me wonder about this selling platform and how business is done. How do you approve a seller 3 times, and then take it all away? I'm seriously a ball of stress and can think of nothing else at this point.
Please help me. I know I need to tag someone on this to look at it. I will once I find someone. @Michelle_Amazon can you please find out what is going on? At the very least get me back my 96 hour window so I can list the inventory I bought this week based on my apparently unfounded trust of Amazon's Internal Team and Seller Support. Seriously, how does a business run this way and just toy with their sellers?

Hi @Seller_X22lAr6MYYCHO, thanks for your case IDs - I see that you are trying to list products under the Victoria's Secret brand - have you already provided Seller Support with valid invoices (invoices, not receipts) and a Letter of Authorization from the brand stating that you are authorized to sell their branded products on Amazon?
