Escalation point to complaint against Easy ship

Hi,

I have received my first order on December 24th and I have scheduled easy ship same day. None of easy ship person came to pick up product and it got cancelled and impacted my matrices and amazon charged me a referral fee. Further, I got 4 more orders and packed and scheduled easy ship but none is coming and orders are getting cancelled.

Amazon seller support is continuously responded that they have filled some form and gave me a survey link regarding this but nothing is happening.

I’m looking for escalation point apart from the seller support because issue is not getting resolved by them.
