can't verify my bank account.

When I click to verify my bank account, it doesn't display the name of the bank account holder but shows the card number instead, along with the name of the shop owner. How can I verify my bank account? Our receiving money bank account and the shop owner are two different individuals. I can't proceed with the bank verification.

Are either individuals on the account as a point of contact? We are aware some sellers are only able to select their Point of Contact name on the Bank Account Verification page. If you don’t see any other options, you can select the Point of Contact name and submit your bank statement as is. If the Bank Account Holder name on your bank statement matches the ‘Legal Entity Name’ listed under Tax Information, we can use this to complete your verification.

Given the nuance of your experience and the personal nature of this issue I suggest using the "Call Me Now" feature found on your Account Health Dashboard. We will want our team to put eyes on your account directly and talk through the best course of action for your personal information involving INFORM Consumers Act requirements.

Anyone resolve this issue? I am having the same issue. Everything shows a green check except for 'Bank Account Verification' however when I do click it then it leads me to a deposit methods page and there is nothing there to upload or any ability to access anything.. it just says 'You do not have any deposit methods saved' - no luck from seller support....
