Shipping without amazon packing material

But unfortunately we do not have packaging material for the same.
I have ordered amazon tape but till date I have not received the same.
Can I ship the product without amazon packaging material.

But for rescheduling pickup there was error by your server. so we were unable to reschedule the order.
and the order got cancelled,
For the first order how amazon can charge 100% of the referral fee (for orders cancelled on or before Estimated Ship Date) / 150% of referral fee (for orders cancelled after Estimated Ship Date) on the value of items in an order as Cancellation Charges.
At-least for the first order you should give all kind of support and before canceling the order you should first talked with seller.
We want to process the order, please do the needful as cancellation of order was due to technical error.
