Amazon call back error
I have been facing an error for the last four days while requesting a callback from the Amazon Seller Support Team and the Account Health Team, with the message stating "Internal Failure." I have attempted to resolve this issue by reinstalling my browser and using different browsers, but nothing seems to work. Unfortunately, Amazon chat support has not been helpful in this matter. If anyone knows what is causing this error, what the error means, or how to fix it, I would greatly appreciate your assistance. Thank you.

Thank you for your post. I think you tried all the solutions like different browser, different devices and numbers. I wonder if any other sellers are facing the same issue?

After facing this error for 6 days, I finally requested a call back from the seller support team. Suddenly, it started working automatically. I don't know what happened, but it's working now.
