New Type Of Fraud By Buyers On Amazon
Hello,
Nowadays, a new type of fraud technique has come up.
There are a lot of fraud buyers on Amazon. I sell brand new and sealed pack products to the customers.
After delivery the customer applies for a replacement. We have to ship a replacement and the buyer keeps the ordered product as well as the replacement.
They return empty parcels or just put anything inside the pack (for ordered item and for replacement both) and take refund from amazon.
So just to summarize, they pay for one item, get 2 items for free and also get their money back.
(One ordered item + replacement) + money back.
Now regarding the Safe T Claim, It shows applicable only for the ordered item and not applicable for the replacement. But the seller has lost 2 items in such cases.
If this continues to happen on Amazon, then I think amazon will just have fraud buyers without any seller.
Hope Amazon does something for this.

if you are shipping by Easyship then easyship guys are doing fraud , because they pick the returning item at the time of delivery of replacement pack.and they do check it and match with the pic of product image provided by Amazon .. so it's Amazon people stealing your item somewhere in transit.

Yes , this scheme of providing Replacement instead of return is encouraging fraud buyers to do 2x fraud. Also the return pickup verification is totally busted.
one more thing to mention is that fraud return (different product sent by buyer ) comes in Tamper proof pacakaging for which we don't any claim for. It's seems like the pickup person also know that it's fraud and keep it in tamper proof pack.

we are also facing these issue since long.
and i am 100% sure that these things doing from amazon shipping guy as experience in logistics i know many inbound and outbound guys are doing this of practice.
i have complaint so many times to amazon but they are not able to control and still we have not received any positive response from amazon which is in favor of seller.
