The customers on amazon.in are careless the foreign and U.S. Customers are much better than amazon.in customers because the customers frequently fraud with us and return the product more even if it was as described in the amazon product page and they just directly order at a address with no plot no. and proper address and then fraud with us, and the main problem is that the shipping is paid by us for both times 82rs forwards shipping and 82rs return shipping and the buyer just give a reason "No longer needed" or just say "Incorrect website description" but in reality our product is excellent to its quality but customers misuse them or does not know how to use and damage them and then return. and iam giving you one suggestion that you should implement AI in address detection for example when a buyer enters the address it should be detected by AI that is it it deliverable or Correct or not and for phone number the buyer enters the phone number and amazon should send a OTP to that and after OTP verification the buyer should be allowed to save that address, this makes a fair practise with just a small decision like i given you above amazon can reduce unnecessary RTO returns also

Amazon wants to earn more from Indian market, the only way is to secure seller's rights first...when so many fraud and fake buyers here, which seller will sell expensive items? only cheap and low price... to avoid more loss...

It is very simple to avoid these unnecessory loss for sellers, just link Aadhar Card number to the buyer's ID, and set up black list.

Amazon should understand that those fraud and fake buyers are not your real customers, but sellers are the source of your earnings.

"Strict requirements"

More than half of the listings have generic infographics images in them in poor english and equally poor quality. Most of the times, no actual working of the product is shown.

There's no such thing as "strict" on Amazon. Amazon allows scammers to sell on their platform. I have personally reported numerous listings and sellers for duplicate listings, lack of authentic images, misinformation on listing, spamming keywords etc. but none of them have been removed. This is a clown platform at this point.
