List Price
I received an email from amazon suggesting that I add or update my list price but when I go to edit my listing and save the changes it does not update. Any suggestions here? I made sure the list price was comparable to my competition. Thanks in advance!

Hi there @Seller_KHAqlT3cESygl,
It may be that the changes aren't updating for a technical reason if you are using a browser other than Chrome or Firefox due to compatibility issues. In general you should be able to follow the steps in the Show a reference price on your products by providing a List Price help page to make the changes. I would recommend you reach out to Selling Partner Support if you are still not seeing any updates. You can provide your Case ID here and I can review and see what options exist.
