The delivery associate noting down the OTP in his phone while we are submitting the return OTP at the time of actual returns during after noon and later they are using same noted OTP for marking fake returns in the evening or nights. Delivery associated taking return OTP at the time of originally returning orders and writing down the OTP in his phone or some where else or remembering the OTP and same OTP they are using for marking fake return delivers later. When we contact the seller support they are saying to file Safe t Claim, but claims are rejecting that OTP is entered while returning. When we asked Delivery Associate about the fraud they are doing then the Delivery Associate is warning me that they will not pickup my orders. So Amazon.in please take serious action in this fraud …any suggestion to stop this fraud
