You can go off air by going Inactive under Account

or can add shipping holidays 7 days in advance.

To Manage Holidays

1. In order to view the list of holidays – Go to Settings > Shipping settings > Settings > Holidays.

2. In order to add or remove holiday(s) Go to Settings > Shipping settings > Settings > Holidays > Edit:

i) To add a holiday, please enter the holiday name, holiday period and click on ‘Save’

ii) To remove a holiday, please click on ‘Remove’ button against a particular holiday in the Holiday list panel on the right side.

You will receive an email confirmation whenever you create or delete a holiday. Please note that you would still need to fulfill any order, by the expected Ship by Date as shown on the 'Manage Orders' page, that you may have received before configuring the holiday

Hi - Amazon keeps Holiday on the day of Diwali. So, 12th November is holiday.

You will get orders on 12th Nov but these orders will not have same date for dispatch. So, you do not lose business. :-)

You can dispatch it next day.

Amazon allows sellers to take one more holiday along with diwali day (1 day before or after), if you want to take that and you would receive orders on both days with dispatch date after these 2 holiday dates.

To enable such holidays, you have to proactively mark it 4 days before so their system can configure it for you.

Also, Amazon allows sellers to take 1 holiday in the week and during that weekly holiday you will receive orders but you dont need to dispatch on weekly holiday date. You can configure this in your settings - Easy SHip Setteings - Holidays.

Additionally, selelrs are free to mark any number of days as holidays but in that case you won't receive orders also on those dates.

Amazon seller central is very freindly to address such queries, so, feel free to ask them on call or email or even chat.

I hope it helped!

Happy selling on Amazon!!

Diwali greeings to you and family!

Keep sperading cheer as you work on Amazon and keep growing!

:-)
