How do I survive as a handmade sticker seller on Amazon?

Hey everyone...so I make and sell sticker (and some other things) that I offer free shipping and competitive pricing on. When In opened my shop the appointed Amazon rep told me for orders under $10 I do not have to provide tracking - still, I used Easypost which is the same system used by Etsy (through Pitney Bowes) and eBay to provide tracking on envelope shipments (it's not as robust but it shows confirmed deliveries).

My issue - without any tracking anyone can say they never received their order (this has happened, even though I ship every order either early or on time) and Amazon automatically decides the claim in their favor and require tracking for any protection. However, they do not accept Easypost tracking...as I had claims where tracking shows delivered, I provided the Easypost tracking link, the tracking number, and delivery confirmation...and still lost the claim.

So now I have a banner in my Amazon saying I'm at risk of deactivation because I currently have 6 a-z claims with 5 of the 6 having delivery confirmation through Easypost and the 6th showing it's still in transit. How on earth do I even keep a shop on Amazon selling stickers? I have sold thousands on Etsy and have a 5 star rating. Yet on Amazon I am now being threatened with deactivation, yet make and ship every single order on time and even go out of my way to get Eayspost tracking for all orders under $10. I only see two options:

1) get deactivated by Amazon due to their horrible system for low value orders and lack of seller protection even when utilizing tracking systems used and accepted by huge corporations.

2) charge shipping that includes tracking...so that 1" $2 sticker they got free shipping on will now cost $6 as shipping with tracking is a minimum of $4.50.

Seeking out any and all advice to stay afloat on Amazon as a handmade seller. If I charge shipping for stickers or raise my prices I will get zero orders, and if I don't Amazon will close my shop. It just seems I am doomed as a seller on Amazon either way. Which is a bummer.

*as a side note, and this sucks to do as a business...even if tracking shows delivered and someone messages me saying they want a refund...I refund them and lose money to avoid them opening a claim as I know I will lose even with the tracking from Easypost. But most people don't even reach out prior to filing a claim, so even taking loses with confirmed delivery isn't helping.

The only thing I would advise is to figure out what a profitable price is that includes shipping with tracking (like $12 for example) then offer bundles or packs of related stickers at that price. Like you've said, selling individual stickers is unfortunately not going to be a good business plan going forward on Amazon.
