quantiy still not reflected in BLR8

we have sent our consignment on 20/09/2024 to BLR8 via ATS . its been about 2 months and only 24 unit only reflected out of 100 unit. on 23rd Sep the consignment has reached in FBA.

We are facing same issue with BLR7 FC.

We have sent 60 units to BLR7 FC on 24th sept 2024.

SHIPMENT ID: FBA15JG2YTXQ

FNSKU: X0022SGXMZ = 60 Units

30 units recieving in inventory & 30 units missing till date.

we have created CASE ID: 10400262902

Amazon has closed this case now saying recieved short of 30 units.

we are facing loss of our 30 units cost 1.80 Lacs.

we are unable to undertsand what we do next to get back our missing 30 units.

all related documents we have submitted to seller support but not getting proper solution.

highly disappointed wd this incident.
