Hello, fellow sellers and Amazon support team,
I am facing some issues with my seller account and need guidance on how to resolve them:
1. Account Deactivation: My account has been deactivated, and I received a message saying I need to reactivate it. However, my previous appeal was rejected, and Amazon mentioned they don’t have enough information to reactivate my account.
2. Negative Balance: My account currently shows a negative balance of USD -299, but I don’t understand the exact reason for this.
3. Removed Product: One of my products was removed automatically, and I didn’t receive any notification about the reason for this action.
My questions:
What information or evidence should I provide in my appeal to successfully reactivate my account?
How can I resolve the negative balance issue to move forward with the reactivation process?
Is it possible to find out the exact reason for my product being removed and how to appeal this?

Connor from Amazon here, I've reviewed your account and I can see that you failed your video verification interview last year which resulted in denial of your account application.
I cannot provide specific details why your information was rejected via public forums, and this time as the e-mail from June 10th, 2024 states, your account will remain deactivated and you are no longer eligible to sell on Amazon.
The $299 balance on your account is related to FBA storage and removal fees, you can review that by going to the Payments tab --> Transaction View --> Settlement Period (select All settlements periods) and you will see breakdown of the fees.
