Customer Wants a Refund While Item Is Still In Transit
Customer is in Canada, saying that the item is taking too long to arrive from the U.S., and so, decided to go with another seller. He did not pay for express global delivery and the item is still in transit and not due to arrive until the 20th through 27th. Am I obligated to do a refund for this person? Who asks for a refund while the item is still being shipped? The item shipped is brand new, never opened.

You can try to re-route the item back to you, or you can tell them since it has already shipped, they can refuse delivery and it will be returned to you.
I would try to stop it and have it returned to you as if they do receive it, they may state otherwise and keep it and file an a-z claim if it does in fact arrive late.

Hello @Seller_YCQzQujiCADgB
Thank you for visiting the seller forums. @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9has provided the best advice. I would also try to re-route it back to myself, to ensure I have control over the product.

Called USPS and they said that all international mail cannot be intercepted in transit. The recipient will to refuse the package if it's non-deliverable. Those are the only options, at this point, for this buyer.
