I changed my Shipping mode from Self Ship to Easy Ship last week. But I am not at all able to update the shipping charges on Easy Ship. No matter what rates I give, it simply keeps the Shipping Charges at 0. But Amazon charges a minimum 73 rupees for each order for shipping!. Amazon people are clueless on the issue and not able to give a solution for 6 days running. All the Cache Clerance, Browser change, nothing is working. All inventory is held up because of this. This is really surprising that such a big company like Amazon can have issues like this. Software is buggy and agents have no idea. Let’s see how long they take to solve.
