Order Picked up on time but not scanned
We are facing this issue for past several months now. Pick up boys are picking the packages in designated time slots but somehow scanning is showing in the system for next day early mornings.

Please see that pickup ar 6:00 clock in the morning or 7:00 clock in the morning is not possible from our warehouse as our working timings starts from 9:00 am.
This is happening on routine basis now and it is affecting our account health without any fault of ours. We already have lost prime eligibility because of this issue.
We are also unable to approach any proper channel for raising our issue on the same.
