Buyer Returned fake product. fake return, damage product and amazon make money from seller , buyer returned different product

Hope you all doing well,
Today I am here to share my issues as seller on Amazon since 6 months. We sell Laptops on Amazon and started business from friend’s referral, but now facing once case of Buyer has returned us fake product.
As we are facing huge loss in business by selling through Amazon as our product cost starts above 60K INR.
Buyer ordered for Laptop and has returned on reason of “Item damaged due to poorer packaging”
but buyer has sent us fake and different product from which we have sent. Seller support asked us to give replacement to this buyer. We said are you serious, if buy send us fake product and we have to give them replacements with 0 costs.
Sometime with think is this 2nd largest company in world making huge revenue.
We have filed Safe – T claim but every day Amazon ask for “A copy of Company invoice with IMEI or serial number sent to buyer” as we all as seller on Amazon we send buyer a invoice copy generated from seller panel and Amazon system as optional option for serial number whether you add or not serial number in text box it is never printed on buyer invoice copy. It provides different compliance copy for further warranty process.
Please help us how long does this Safe – T claim takes to complete?
Should we still be seller on Amazon or should we stop if we get this kind of customer?
Here we understand how it becomes world 2nd largest company in revenue after making money from seller.

Amazon is in favor of easy ship and buyer. they should remember that they are here not only sake of buyer. they are earning sake of sellers here.
but they never understand nor help sellers
always sellers are in loss.
Big Conditions on sellers head about shipping, late shipment, and rating. RATING SE KYA JEEVAN CHALNE WALA???
They think sellers are illiterate like the buyers here or like amazon staff.
if they go on like this means this is not the site where good sellers should continue
i think sellers should not waste time with amazon as amazon is playing games with sellers and the entire life they keep asking question SEND DETAILS. even after sending a to z details
even i am facing many problems with amazon and going to leave.
They appointed EASY SHIP as their courier partners and those fellows dont come for pick up even after several calls a day. In such case if we reschedule we are rated NEGATIVE. do hell with their rating. Kaam se matlab rakhne ka.

i wish someone overtakes this company because the present owners are not able to handle this site properly
they should shut down AMAZON. There are many companies like snapdeal, flipkart etc
