How to avoid Replacement orders?
Hello, Many times customer asks for Replacement even though they did not like the product. So even the Replacement product will be returned by customer. I am ok to Refund and get the product back. But how to do that? If I cancel the Replacement order it will affect my performance metric. If I issue Refund then I won't get the product back. Is there any way to address this?

If self ship you can do this.
But in easy ship you need to ship replacement order too
