Easy Ship is Not Actually Easy!!

We recently onboarded as a seller on Amazon India, and I must say my experience has been far from what I expected. From the complicated listing process to the unreliable order pick-ups, I’ve faced unexpected and extremely frustrating issues. I never imagined working on Amazon could be so challenging, with long delays in approvals, constant mismanagement, and unhelpful customer support.

Has anyone else encountered these same problems?

  • The endless and confusing approval process—whether it’s for categories or brands—seems never-ending.
  • Finding third-party services to help with listings led us to a company that overcharged and did a poor job.
  • The Easy Pick-Up service has been a disaster, with missed orders and no way to reach support.
  • And when I tried to get help from Amazon’s customer service, it felt like I was speaking to a completely different planet—repetitive questions, no real assistance, and the issue still unresolved.

I feel like I’ve been thrown into a bureaucratic maze with no clear path forward, and I’m wondering if other sellers have had similar experiences. It’s disheartening to see so much inefficiency when I expected Amazon to support me in growing my business.

If you’ve faced similar frustrations, please share your thoughts. I’m curious to know if this is a common issue, or if it’s just been my unlucky experience.

Looking forward to hearing your experiences!

Hello @Seller_UOT8jyidL4L1E,

This is Sakura from Amazon. Welcome to the Seller Forums.

I'm curious about other sellers' opinions, and their shared experiences might be helpful to you!

Could you specify the issues you're having with the approval process and Easy Ship? This would help other Sellers and me provide more relevant advice.

I'm also sharing a link to the post I created about best practices when raising Seller Support cases:
