25% RR is extremely high ngl considering you're dealing in kitchen products, it should be less than 10%, as a matter of fact my return rate is 12.65% as of now and i deal in footwear and i have to suffer because of size issues so i guess my return rate is fine considering i deal in a category which includes sizes, you should definitely talk to the amazon internal team and should find out the reasons of returns and that would make you one step closer to fixing them.
