Amazon has left me at the mercy of incompetent seller support team

It has been over two weeks since I raised multiple cases regarding not getting Easy Ship orders.

I have done every troubleshooting steps

- My products are hazmat non dangerous good verified

- My pin code is eligible for easy ship

- My products’ weight & dimensions are under the threshold

- Even asins are correctly assigned to Easy Ship enabled templates

I even told them that its highly possible that HAZMAT tag is not synchronised with their shipping tool, which is preventing me from getting orders.

What’s the worst part? My case is open for 3 weeks now, multiple cases either closed or merged. One executives keep copied and sent the last email that was nonetheless useless.

They even promised that I will get a call from leadership team, but they too didn’t call and closed by case my providing absolutely useless troubleshooting over the email.

We have already started advertising but since the delivery date is long, my asins are also not converting.
