Even Amazon Support Team Unable to Deactivate Seller Vacation Mode.
All of a sudden 2 weeks back my seller account went into vacation mode. I have been behind Amazon seller support. Every day I get false promises that my account will be active and vacation mode will be OFF in the next 24 hours. Everyday same promise, nothing changes in the ground.
If anyone can suggest a seller escalation matrix or any resolution i shall be thankful to you.
