Service Centre REplacement Return Setting

Is anyone aware of how to get the Service Centre Replacement option, there are certain brands who have 10 days service centre replacement option as there return setting for products. Instead of just 10days refund/replacement the option of Service centre replacement is also available with certain brands but couldnt find how can one apply for that nor is Amazon Support able to tell
