Our fulfilment centres have received a number of ATS, also known as Amazon Transport Service shipments with unscannable box labels either due to non-standard size of the label, damage, or faded barcode.

FBA box labels must be printed only on A4 size sticky sheets so the paper does not come off the boxes. In the absence of A4 size sticky sheet, you can use a regular A4 size sheet and cover the barcode using a transparent tape to avoid fading.

Ensure that the FNSKU labels are printed from Seller Central. Every unit must have only 1 scannable barcode, which means that the FNSKU label must cover the UPC and EAN. To learn more, go to India fulfilment centre inbound shipment acceptance guidelines.

Package guideline for ATS shipment

Weight of each box must be below 18 kg and dimensions should not exceed 70 cm x 70 cm x 45 cm. Sending boxes weighing more than 18 kg in weight or exceeding the dimension limits shall be returned to you.
