Listing status is inactive

I already got GTIN exception for main category (Kids and Baby Furniture) . When i tried to list product at subcategory level getting it declined. I tried multiple time but getting message.

Even i tried to list product under generic, but getting declined.

My listing shows "Inactive" and "Fix listing issue", Can you please how we can resolve this issue. I am struggling from this from last 1 month.
