Punishment for using vacation mode.
I was averaging 500-800$ in sales a day for consecutive months. I got really ill and needed to put my shop on vacation mode. It was on vacation mode for 2.5 days. Now, a week later, I am now averaging 100-200$ in sales a day. Anyone else experience this? Live and learn I suppose. I had feared this may happen but wasn't feeling up to changing the processing time on 200+ listings. Super frustrating.

i think it may be a coincidence...my sales have been very slow since Memorial Day weekend on all platforms I sell on.

It can depend on what you are selling; for some categories; stopping selling for just a few days can cause your sales rank to drop.
But I think it's more likely the overall slowdown. In 2022, I had one zero sale day for the whole year (IIRC, it was July 4). I've had three in the last 10 days, including two in a row. It's also very slow on the other platforms we are on, so not limited just to Amazon.

Hi @Seller_jlmG6iJnJbDzI,
Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help. Vacation mode will have no impact on sales. If you have the margins, I would look to run a coupon on a few ASIN's as a way to spark traffic!
Best,
Dominic
