I CURSE MYSELF TO BE AN AMAZON SELLER

It is almost 3 months of pain, struggle, sorrow and depression that is awarded by Amazon to me. Let me put this out in point to let people know and decide if this is a mere exaggeration or the real deal that I am going through:

1. 4 weeks, because of ATS guy no show, had 5 cancellations and 9 LDR. Fought with Amazon because by the time they shadow banned my account for no mistake of mine.

2. I am into selling air-coolers. Clearly a heavy item with clear message of 10 days replace through self-ship. Amazon has shown generosity to customers and allowed them return and refund. Spent lot of money on delivery. When the product came to me, it was filled with some old broken cooler. Customer played smart, kept my new cooler, asked for refund, and packed the old broken cooler as return. When it is replace, how can you authorize return. Great

3. So many random orders (like colorset, pencil box) were marked as customer return but never reached me. Instead of that Amazon has awesome tool called SAFE-T claim. For actual 350/- INR product, they gave me 150/-. But when I checked all the transactions considering their fee, courier charges at the first place etc even that costed me 290/-. Which means, I lost my product and gave amazon 290-150 from my pocket for making fool of me.

4. Seeing all this, I decided to send out 50,000/- INR stuff for FBA. Only mistake I did is I used hand-written MRP sticker. FC rejected it. Fine. I said create removal order. They sent out via bluedart. Courier guy took 22 days and returned it to FC instead of giving me. Now my shipment is untraceable and customer care always says, we are looking into it, we are talking to FC. Amazon has that guts and stoop so low to steal Seller's stuff and for what? To make extra money? Really shameful and disgusting.

5. Now today is the 5th day when ATS guys (seems they are dead or have become zombies), have decided not to show up. Have lost 22 orders already. Filling Easy ship missed form daily in bulk, creating the records and taking screenshot of proof and feeding the useless support team to not let impact my LDR/cancellation rate else again my account will be banned.

But then I reflect on it. Why am I fighting and struggling to fill these forms and showing to support team? If ATS team has decided not to come and pick my orders then so be it right. Let Amazon ban my account, remove offers, remove "Add to Cart" and "Buy" button. Win-2 for both amazon and ATS MCs.

With investment of x amount I am on loss of 3x on this bug-filled, corrupt and bogus platform. I am able to sell better on other parallel platform. Hoping to wind up everything from here, create youtube channel to create awareness for new sellers to not come here and kill themselves.

Amazon has all the ways to destory sellers financially and break their morale and put them into depression. I firmly believe, day would come, people would realize this, would leave this platform in mass and hopefully and promising platform would be there or better still they would sell by their own and have peace of mind. I curse Amazon
